Book online with your property address, tenancy start date and preferred inspection time. We confirm your appointment the same day — same-week availability across all London boroughs.
Clerk Visits the Rental Property
Our AIIC-accredited clerk visits on the agreed date, reviews the existing landlord inventory, inspects every room, photographs all areas, takes meter readings, tests smoke alarms and meets the tenant for formal key handover.
Tenancy Check-In Report Prepared
Our back-office team compiles the full landlord check-in report — cross-referencing the existing inventory with current property condition, clearly documenting any changes with timestamped photographic evidence.
Start of Tenancy Report Delivered
The completed tenancy check-in report is emailed to the landlord, letting agent and tenant within 24 hours. All parties have 7 days to raise any queries before the report is finalised and signed.
