End of tenancy report is a detailed written and photographic document that records the condition and cleanliness of a rental property at the end of a tenancy. Unlike a standalone inspection, it works in direct comparison with the original inventory report — every room, every item, every surface is assessed against what was recorded at the start of the tenancy.Our AIIC-accredited clerk visits the property on or as close to the last day of tenancy as possible, ideally with the tenant present. Every room is inspected and photographed, meter readings are recorded, and all keys are documented on return.The completed report is delivered within 24 hours and identifies any changes in condition, cleaning issues or missing items — clearly distinguishing between fair wear and tear and damage caused by the tenant. Start of Tenancy Report Delivered

The completed tenancy check-in report is emailed to the landlord, letting agent and tenant within 24 hours. All parties have 7 days to raise any queries before the report is finalised and signed.
