Every price above is all-inclusive for the number of bedrooms — hallway, kitchen, one reception, one bathroom, and the relevant number of bedrooms. There are no hidden fees. Additional rooms such as ensuites, second receptions, gardens, or storage rooms are charged at £10 each, and this will always be confirmed with you before the inspection takes place.. All reports are completed by AIIC-accredited clerks, delivered within 24 hours, and accepted by all major deposit protection schemes including TDS, DPS and MyDeposits.
