Property Inventory Prices

We offer competitive prices for inventory, check-in and check-out services. The inventory could be combined with another service the same day with only one visit from our specialist. So this will lead to the cost reduction.  The fee will be lower than for two services separately.

Our prices for inventory services in the table are all inclusive. So you do not need to pay additional fees for furniture, kitchen appliances, etc. We also include photographs made by our clerks when they are needed to record the condition and contents of the appliances and cleanness of the property. Our prices are included for the number of bedrooms, hallway, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/reception, any extra rooms or areas will be charged an extra £10 each.

The services that we propose can protect both sides, landlord and tenant. Our mission is  to make tenancy agreement relations more safe for all parts involved in it.
