Check-in
Our most popular start-of-tenancy service includes a full property inventory and schedule of condition. We meticulously test smoke alarms, record meter readings, and personally meet your tenants to complete a professional handover of the property keys.
Mid-term
Inspection
To ensure your property remains safe and secure, we conduct scheduled midterm inspections. Acting as your professional representative, we coordinate directly with tenants to ensure visits are convenient while providing you with a clear, updated status report.
Check-out
On the departure date, our agents visit the premises to review the property's state against the initial inventory. Conducted on-site with the tenants, this comparison ensures a fair assessment of the condition before the final handover.
