We're proud to announce that InventoryFlex, the London property inventory company, has been named AIIC Inventory Company of the Year 2026 by the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks.
For a London company founded in 2018, it's a milestone we're incredibly proud of, and one that belongs to our whole team.
The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) is the UK's professional body for inventory clerks. Its members follow a shared code of practice and reporting standards, and its reports are widely relied on by letting agents, landlords and tenancy deposit schemes.
The AIIC awards recognise inventory clerks and companies across the industry.
This is the third consecutive year InventoryFlex has been recognised by the AIIC:
